Incorporated in 1989, Sumitomo Electric Sintered Components (M) Sdn. Bhd. (SESC) is Malaysia's first
manufacturer of structural Powder Metallurgical (P/M) Parts. It is the third overseas manufacturing facility for the
PM Products Division of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. which at present has expanded its reach to a total of
11 overseas manufacturing facilities in various key contingents in the world.
Since its establishment in Malaysia, SESC has continuously contributing to the development and application of
high quality P/M parts for variety of industries that are related to daily life in the fields of automobile, home
appliances, motorcycles, bicycles, office furniture, power tools and others.
SESC together with the strong technology support from its parent company who has accumulated more than 80
years of high technology know-how of P/M, is committed to helping its Customers achieve higher levels of
component performance and quality to match their ever increasing technological needs and expectations.
